Removing 1/4 panels from a C-4

I need to know how to remove them from the rear with out butchering them to FUBAR. :W I need to install them on another car.

Do I use a heat gun to release the bonding cement or whack them with a ziz wheel and grind them down to the stock mounting points?

I hope GM Junkie sees this. He said they are glued on but didn't say how well glued on they are.
