need to remove plenum to replace fuel regulator. have removed all bolts holding plenum to runners. throttle body and cable bracket. plenum feels very tight no movement. is there something else to undo or do you need to pry easy under it to get it to come up from runners. thanks for any iformation on this.

In many cases you have to loosen the bottom runner bolts because the clamping effect is such that plenum won't release with them tight
Gaskets cook to runners and make permanent bond.Gentle force with a soft hammer helps ; worst case a bar through the TB hole in plenum is needed for leverage
