Repair Manual

Can someone suggest a good repair manual which specifically details the location of the various sensors whcih provide inputs for the check engine light.

My vehicle is a 93.

the shop manual is the ONLY way to go!

Yes ...I considered them, however, they have the following disclaimer:

Note: For Information on Unit repair (overhaul) , also purchase the corresponding model year GMPT/TURM manual, which contains information on automatic and manual transmissions and transaxles and transfer cases including fluid flow and circuit description.

Note: Wiring diagrams are included in service manuals for model years 1996 forward. Model years prior to 1994, Wiring Diagrams were sold separately from the Service Manual.

Based on this is was not clear that the sensor locations and associated wiring would be covered.

Also, I did not see any manual from them covering wiring issues ( or overhaul for that matter).

I just hate to blow $90 if the info I need is not covered.
