What's your favorite retailer/parts supplier, and why?
Quality, Price, Shipping?
Over the years there sure seems to be a LOT more venders!

Ecklers...last time was mid 80's for a steering Control Valve

Corvette Paramedics (somewhat local to me 40 miles away) ...headlight-door parts

Mid America...re-wraped steering wheel

The Last Detail...new red seat covers (I installed)

Mid America Designs - Mike Yeager is truly a corvette guy who supports and gives back to the corvette community in many ways.
And, the support and service his company provides is 1st class!

If you follow the Corvette Forums, including this one, it very quickly becomes apparent which vendors have good customer response and support and which ones tend to miss the mark.

LOL or, people could just list them here!

I don't frequent many forums, usually do a drive-by once in a while on Performance Boats, Harley stuff, older Ford/Diesels and of course this place.

Not looking to 'Tar & Feather' anyone, but recent searching revels an abundance of newer Corvette Parts Retailers...and some may be just a website name that have parts 'drop-shipped' from other retailers! I don't want to bother with 'here today-gone tomorrow' type places.

you ought to

do a thread called: who's your least favorite Chevy dealer and why?

Like taking your '09 CGM Z-06 to Jim Norton in Broken Arrow to get a clutch master cylinder fixed; then having them park a perfect car without a flaw in the parking area right by their customer service where any fool in a $2000.00 Cavalier could punch your door. They were all feeling around on my Z06 looking for dings while I yelled at them. Fortunately no dings, but its a cold day in Hell before I go there again.

Then to add insult to injury (at $770.00 for the repair), I was asked on the Corvette Forum to file a case on my clutch failure by Chevy Customer Service (which was under warranty) in a thread where others were suffering the same plight; but it seems that either Chevy refuses to acknowledge that the clutch master cylinder is part of the drivetrain??? or they just took my info and then ignored me.

Great Custy Service ehh!!

I've bought a few things from a company who is not a supporting vendor here (so I won't mention names) with decent results. Mid America has treated me very well.

I've used Corvette Central and Corvette America with good results..
also gotten some parts at Carlisle....

I spent a lot of money at VB+P. Very happy with their calipers.
"I spent a lot of money at" Willcox. I am extremely happy with my experience with Willcox. Their videos and help are "invaluable". When I needed help and did not know where to get the info I needed or I could not wait for reply from forums I would call Willcox. Very nice people to talk with. My favorite!
" " Corvette Central. nice catalog and customer service. Had no issues with warranty returns.
" " Dr. Rebuild.
" " Paragon.
" " Muskeegon brakes.
" " Corvettes of Carlisle.
I bought specialty tools from Dontov motors. One item from Zip. And some items from Corvette America.
This was when I was living in Pa. After moving to Fl I drove a short drive to Ecklers, where I spent a lot of money.

I also researched on the net and locally for better deals like on brake pads, Thanks "AL'S" in York Pa. KYB shocks, the shock warehouse dot com. And Rock Auto dot com.

I hope this helps.

I had good luck and service from both Mid-America and Eckler's when I had the LT-1. I never purchased anything major (mirror, car cover, gas cap car care products, etc) but my stuff always arrived within a reasonable time and I believe I always received what I ordered.
