I've done a search on side exhausts for my BB 67 and cant find anything that helps.
I'd like to replace my burned out side pipes becuase they are just too loud.i dont want it to sound too muffled but still want that BB sound and
I just dont want to invest $750 and have them be as loud as my old ones. And do you choose SS or aluminized.Any recommendations? Thanks Jim.. "HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! "

Options for your side pipes

Go with SS and you'll never worry about rot out. A web site called www.sweet-thunder.com sells SS C2 Corvette Side pipes but they differ slightly from the correct original GM pipes. If you are going for NCRS I'd find NOS Original pipes or check a Corvette restoration parts vendor like Corvette Central and others and inquire about their side pipes. What makes a pair of C2 side pipes different from another is the vendor's way of making them. GOOD LUCK!!!
