I am replacing the gaskets on my rocker arm covers, got the right side off without a hitch. However, the left (driver's) side is a bit of a problem. does anyone know if I have to remove the A.I.R. pump? the cover is under the bracket for the A.I.R pump, and I cant get it out from under it!

I figured it out. Theres a 14mm nut, stud, and bracket on the aft end of the head that must be removed. The wiper moter has to go to get access.

The lower bolt on my AIR pump prevented the valve cover lifting straight up. I cut 3/16¨off the bolt so that the cover can be removed with out the hassle of removing the wiper motor.

Thats a great Idea. I HATE removing and re-installing that wiper motor!! (always seem to disturb the connector on the oil pressure sensor and have to remove the motor again!)
