roll cage

I read that some tracks require a roll cage installed in a convertible if you run quicker than a 13.99. I should run just a little quicker than that on my 95 with a few mods. Anybody heard of this?

It depends on the track. most tracks in my experience don't apply any rules until you go below 13.00, so you should be fine. It depends on the track, and what is going on. it seems that most tracks are a bit more flexible on a test and tune night, and very strict on the rules during the 'real' race nights.
