sagging headliner

Does anyone have a fix for the cloth on the inside of the top (hard top not covertible) sagging, I dont have a clue on how to fix it & I dont want to cut it but its driving me crazy.

3M makes in Interior Adhesive. You can carefully peel the headliner back, spray the adhesive, wait til tacky than reapply the headliner. If you very careful, you can tuck the edge of the headliner back under the frame.

I would lke it...my headliner is starting to come loose over the passenger side.
