Hello everybody.I am curious if I can use a c5 shifter knob on my c4 "billet hurst" shifter?I am looking for a machined knob(round like the standard hurst knob)brushed aluminum, stainless, anodized red or anodized black with the 6 spd shift pattern or just plain. If this doesnt exist I may buy the material and turn my own on the lathe. But I would rather buy one.Are the threads 9/16" for both?I just cant seem to find anything other than c5 knobs (that I like) online.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!Shannon

Well I found an old post saying that the threads are the same(9/16-18)but I would still like to know if anyone has seen the style of knob I am talking about with the ZF6 shift pattern.(other than the hurst ones).Would it look dumb to put a knob with c5 flags in my car? Thanks again.:crazy

:ugh No to the C-5 flags......my $ 99.00 worth....;)

Yeah,I think your right. We dont need no stinking c5 flags.I am leaning towards the "team Voodoo" "pearl finished aluminum" knob and having it engraved with the shift pattern in red.Maybe "Collectors Edition LT4" around the equator of the ball,on the passenger side.Have you seen these?I googled it under "team voodoo pearl".It seems kind of silly to make a fuss over a shift knob, but oh well!:crazy
