Spark plug wires part 2

Ok let's try this again. 2 wires replaced, car runs much better, however, the idle is a little rough. I'm thinking maybe due to the bad wires that the plugs may be slightly fouled. No codes, full throttle ok, just low revs are rough. Maybe just a good blast down the highway will clear things up? What is the recommended product to add to the gas for a little extra cleaning? Does any of this make any sense??

Just thought I'd let anyone know that was interested that the car went back intoday. They found a vacuum hose loose at the thottle body. My guess is they knocked it off. Have a great weekend.
