Spider Gear setup specs needed

Hello,

I need the specs for setting up the spider gears in a 76. We are replacing the clutch pack and the new set is too tight with the current shims. Please respond if you have the info. Thank you,

His brother runs a shop called "Gears" and sets up the rear diffs for all of us in this local area. I have not seen one go bad yet.
