My 2004 has had a squeak and rattle in the passenger door that I can not pinpoint and fix. The dealer thought it was the weather stripping so he made some adjustments that didn't help.

It's a constant squeak/rattle that I hear when I go over even slight bumps. I think it may be coming from the plastic area around the seatbelt area or the plastic near the door jam. At what poin tI thought it may even be the door itself.

Any ideas what it may be or what I can do to get rid of it?

Thanks for your help:D

This is on a 2004? Hmm...

Unusual for a vehicle that new to start getting rattles or squeaks. Could you perhaps have a loose screw or bolt in the door? I dunno, I'm grasping at straws on this one.

The squeak I don't know but I had a rattle that at first drove me crazy. Of course I thought of all the hard things first but it turned out that the passenger seatbelt buckle was rattling on the door, right by the reflector. So simple but I missed it so many times. Just a thought.
