Stock cam specs

Anyone have, or know where I can find the specs for the stock cam in an '86? Thanks!

I found a couple of things for you.

Chevy High Performance had these numbers available that show the specs for a Goodwrench 350 crate engine, which should be reasonably close to the L98:

I also found this:

The LT1 uses a cam with the same exact duration as the L98,but with a greater lift (.450/.450 vs .415/.430) than the L98

If I can narrow it down any further, or find any more information, I will post it here.

• RPM-Range: 2800-6500
• Duration @ .050": 243°
• Valve Lift: .595"
• Lobe Angle: 110°

I'm using 1.6 rockers so I'll leave the math to you.

Whose cam are you using? Crane? Comp?

my 388 cam i'm gonna use looks mild compared to that! :ugh

ZZ-409 Hyd Roller:

Adv. duration 287/287, duration @.050 226/226, Lift .520/.520. 112 LSA.

with 1.6 rr's the lift comes to .555" with 1.7's they come to .587" i think. might need the 1.7's
