went to the track a few weeks ago because the weather got a bit cooler (mid - low 70s) to see if the Vette would benefit from the less humid temps. i only got a single run in because cars kept breaking down all night long. in spite of only haveing a single run i managed to walk away with a new best time: 13.16 at 103.58mph w 1.76 60ft
the car is almost completely stock save for a few minor boltons: K&N filter, airfoil, AFPR, EM front ypipe, Borla rear ypipe, S10 stall converter, BFG drag radials, and some free mods
everything else on the car is 100% stock... the entire TPI intake, exhaust manifolds, transmission, rear (3.07s), suspention, heads, cam, & bottom end. the car has no weight savings modifications, and has 82k on the clock
i just recieved a underdrive pulley in the mail today that i plan to bolt up in the next few days. im also in the process of porting intake (ill be siamesing the plenum to upper runner openings for a bit more flow). with these mods im hoping for the magic 12.99. with cooler weather maybe dipping into the 105mph range. ill post new track times as i get them for any interested
