have 1994 LT=1 Coupe and I have cleaned the throttle body but it still surges now and then when the engine heats up over 200 degrees does anybody have any idea what I can do to cure this Problem? I also replaced the IAC and ignition wires any clue.

This may help a little. My book says when it lopes or surges at high temps then check the cooling system. Maybe a low level sensor or something.

Just my .02

Could also be the TPS setting could be off, and/or the same for the IAC.
Mine did the same thing just yesterday and it ended up being the TPS setting was off, I reset it, and it run's fine now.

My 94 coupe did the same thing, it would only happen when it was hot. Idle would surge between 700 & 1300 RPM. I had my optispark replaced and the problem has not resurfaced. I hope that is not the problem with yours, if it is I would highly advise replacing the plug wires and water pump at the same time. FYI, I never did have any codes show for this problem.

My 94 Roadster did this also, until I replaced the opti-spark, plugs and wires. NEVER replace the opti-spark without replacing the water pump also. Mine runs great now
