I have four red lights in the rear....and the back-up lights are worthless to me with the red lens and tinted glass....nmy question is this....
What do i have to do to make them all lightup when i brake?
And when i turn both will light up?
Is it do-able?
Im very much a "lay-man" when it comes to wiring , but if i can jump a wire with one of them clamp type jumpers to do it, i could handle it , i think....
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

you need red only lenses, plus the pigtails from 2 taillights (double wire for 1157 dual filament lights), the pigtails are a bayonet fit (similar to the bulbs) you can splice into the taillight wiring to make all 4 lights as both brake, turn and running lights. (note with this setup you can also accomplish below, however i think pigtails are becoming scarce)

or if you just want as running lights only, splice the backup wire to the taillight wire and replace w/red lens, replace bulb w/ single filament bulb, (can't remember the number)

or if you just want inside as brake/turn only, splice to brake/turn light wire and replace bulb w/single filament bulb, Can't remember the number, but is different from running light bulb as is brighter.
