I bought the heads,cam kit,intake,carb,ARP head bolts and valve covers for around £2200 sterling but on top of that there were numerous other costly bit`s and bobs. The roller rockers and pushrods for example were about £400 then all the ignition parts were around £350 and so on. I am on my fourth set of ignition leads, the last ones cost me nearly £100, due to the headers burning them out on a couple of cylinders. The Edelbrock RPM cam was hard to live with so I replaced that as well.
Didnt see what your other mods where with the blower
but you'll need a gear ratio of 3.55-3.73 to transfer, and to drag I'd get 4.09
And your trans is auto or manual? Didnt see it if posted, you want to rebuild the trans
install a better torque converter and shift kit if auto.
Other wise that blower will send too much power back and the 81 cant handle it.
