Taken Yavette in for UP Date!!

Hay guy's and gal's I'm taken Yavette in for warranty work before it Runs out!! I've got a list of thing's that need to be fixed! And wonder if anybody can think of any thing I need to check before I take it in?? This is My list: Recall Steering Column Lock,Rt. window won't roll down when 80+,Rocking Chair Seat's,Flaky Gas Gage,Bose speakers Rattle,Driver Seat belt coming un-stitched,Coolant tank Leak(very small by mounting bolt), Trans seepage and hard to get into 2nd. when Cold outside. Any thing I need to check to add or will they tell me to Jump in Lake!! junk!!ps Thank's in advance!!

Battery and tray for corrosion and scan for any and all codes.

I've checked the Battery Tray and A/c lines!! NO Codes Present or History Thank's!! junk!!

No Snow here at the time just Cold Rain, We don't get much Snow here!! We are on east side of Continental Divide, Mostly Freezing Rain!! junk!!

Took my car in on dec. 28 with a list of thing's to fix (11) They Called me on Dec. 30 and said I could come and Get it for weekend, and have it back on Mon Jan 2 They had to order part's!! I took it back service Mgr. said He'd Call. It's been back there a week and they haven't called, When should I start Rattling there Cage?? They haven't even told me what they are do'n to it for shure yet!!:W :W I know My customers Bug the Sh*t out of me!! Sometimes 2 0r 3 times a Day!! I don't want to Rush and get a Botched Up Job!! :cool junk!!

Up Date!!

Brought Yavette Home from the Chevrolet Corvette Hospital today!! And She has a Full recovery!! Man!! My tranny is Slick!! Shifts Better and Smoother than it ever did. They fixed everything on my list and Found 2 things that I really was not worried about,Hell I thought all Corvette suspension Creaked when it's cold outside till you drove it a while. But it is Quiet as a Caddy now!! junk!!

What did they do junk? Change both left side shocks!

Not all of them, just the Spiral Grey ones.
Glad they figured out where all the guts went back in.
They didn't have any muffler bearings left over did they?

Yeah Tammy,I know I can't work with a customer Hurrying me!! I double and triple check thing's!! and when the phone is Ringing, and people are Hovering thing's get Overlooked!! I want to do it Right, The First Time Only!! The second time is just costing me time and $$ !!

Glad you got all of the things on your list fixed...I hear horror stories about taking in a Corvette to be repaired:W

Another horror story. My 04 came from the factory without the floor board velcro tabs that secure the pcm cover on the passenger side fire wall. The dealership was going to take out the entire pcm to replace the works that hold it in place when the only thing that needed to be done takes 5 minutes . Pull the tabs out of the new part and push them into the holes in the old part where the tabs are missing!!! Touch my Vette??? I don't think so!!! I did the job myself!!!
