As long as it's 1st design!!They changed them part way through the year!!:thumb:thumb:thumbI have a 85 model thats been in a GM box since 85 Blue Tint Top I would part with!! Rubbers and molding are perfect,No Crazing,It was only used about 4 months and I put a Solid Top on the car!!I put it up and forgot about it and found it in my storage trailer last summer looking for some other parts I have stashed!!:D:D:D

It's 1st design,it will fit your car!!:thumb:thumb:thumb

If junk says it's good, it's good! :upthumbs

I could use a 2nd design blue tint top. Just waiting for the right (cheapest) one to come along! :boogie

WHILE YOU'RE AT IT, COULD YOU PLEASE SAVE THE :w?

The cone on the left is 84 to early 86s (first design).
The middle plate is late 86 to 88's (second design).
The far right plate is 89 to 96 (third design).

:upthumbs

Two redesigns and they still could not make one that did not crack! :boogie

What are we to do? :mad

No wonder so many folks don't drive theirs' very much. :chuckle

Carry on! :thumb

SAVE THE :w

Fortunately I never had one crack...WHEW!

You can try "el cheapo"...Thompson Astro Tops...$489 + core if you're desperate. Factory GM ones $1200 are worth the $ however.

But I bought a Thompson one at Carlisle and they arent very good at all. They do a lousy job repainting the frames....some of paint came off mine after only a month! They put a sticker on the frame that when you remove it it also removed some paint and looks lousy.
They use a rubber edge instead of metal. Stupidly I gave them my old metal trim without realising...I coulda put it on myself. They dont properly add tint to the rear edge so you see the brackets/bolts from outside of car.
You get what you pay for! At least its better than cracked!

Yes,I still have it!!

Sorry about the reflections of the ceiling and the Ogre with the camera!!:boogie:boogie:boogie:thumb
