Welcome to the Corvette Forums at the Corvette Action Center!

Thanks to Edelbrock and the EFI depatment

I used a ninety dollar pump from NAPA. Price was right and it works great and is easy to find a replacement. But it's noisy!

I friend of mine had a Holley brand pump on a 69 camaro with a carb. That thing made terrible noise. It sounded like something was getting ready to explode all the time.

I really wanted to mount one in the tank just like any modern car, but there are issues as the old shark tank is solid metal, and the new tanks have liners in them and plastic inner baffles. There would be way too many mods to get it right.

Shoot, I just used an inline pump because it was EASIER! By the time I plumbed the thing, I was VERY tired of the project!
