My center caps have the flags painted and the outer ring is pewter to match the car. Overall I think it adds a nice touch to the car. Looks much better in person.

Shooter's right, they are overlays. He sends you 30 so you have 10 extra in case you flub up. If they look good in person, I may decide to unload the chrome wagon wheels I have in the garage.
