hello everyone,
i have heard of this mod a few times,has anyone tried this and did it work o.k?i am thinking of doing this because i hear(hear/say) that alot of aftermarket thermostats get returned for various reasons,i would like to keep my stock one with this mod.Remove thermostat and cut 1and1/2 coils off the spring,this is supposed to bring it down to 180*,of coarse the fan programer will be installed also to match the thermostat.thanks.later,Todd.
