I was on my way to drop my car off at Dave Secaur's The Final Finish. I was driving up I95 when a C-5 pulls along side and wants to play. Well lets just say he didn't have to egg me on too much. We take off and we start moving at a good clip and I am pulling away on him and all of a sudden I hear this noise that sounds like a huge blow off valve come from my car. Well I let off the gas let him go by and pull over to the side of the road pop the hood and what do I see ...the intercooler down pipe blew off the turbo. Well I did some roadside repairs and was on my way again.I did dent the pipe and now I am waiting for Ted Rice to have some made at Callaway The pipes will be polished this time so I am getting A set left and right . Polsihed will look better under the hood anyway. But really check all your hoses and clamps you don't want this happening to you. It scarred the HELL out of me I thought I blew the motor or something. Well I will not have my car for about 2 months and when I get it back it will be an aerobody.!!!!!!
