Maybe, maybe not. You have not explained your problem, just a statement. What problem are you having?
Why did they say BCM and not RFA?
Curious, how do they test the sensors?

Ditto. More Info!! The sensors have a battery life of ten years which is based on average vehicle use. They last a little longer in a Corvette because people don't drive them as much. The sensors in my 99 were still good when I changed out the wheels for Z06 wheels and installed new sensors in October of 2013. How many miles are on your car? We know that it is 11 years old.

Sensor Problems
I have a 2003 with 218,??? miles. I bought new tires in June from NTB. (The tires are not run-flats.) At the time, the "service tire sensor" warning was on all of the time. I asked NTB to "service" the sensors. On that day, they said they were unable to get the sensors "trained". I agreed to bring the car back when I had more time. I took the car in the other day. The manager said that they had a new tool and all of the sensors were good, but none of them show up on the dash board. He attributed it to a bad BCM and not the sensors.
My FOB does lock and unlock the car, but my memory seat acts haphazardly.

Pull the codes and let us see whats happening!
Be sure and note both History and Current!
Don't dump the codes!
Turn the key to the ON position, but don't start the engine. Clear any present messages by pressing the RESET button. Hold the OPTIONS button down, and press the FUEL button 4 times. This will get you into the CODES section of the DIC. The computer will automatically display all the codes your car has created. It will cycle through each code every 3 seconds. Any code that ends in H is a history code (something that has occured in the past) but is fine now. Once the computer has finished going through all of it's codes, press RESET to enter Manual Configuration mode. It should start with a module and show "NO CODES" or "# CODES".
To optionally reset the codes once in manual mode, press and hold RESET until it displays "NO CODES". Press OPTIONS to go to the next module. Repeat the steps in this paragraph until you have reset the codes in all the computer modules. NOTE !! <o
>Only reset the codes IF you want to - it is NOT necessary to do this.</o>
