Trailing Arm Bushing Replacement

I'm in the process of removing and replacing the trailing arm bushings on my 81. I had found on the internet a few months ago the "how to remove the bushing and install the new one" with pictures and tools required. However, I misplaced it and can't locate the info. Does anyone know where I can find this information again? Please help....
