If anyone can look at an Autotap log file, I would be happy to send it to you along with the config file I used.

Don't Know what your asking for but try this
Range Signal
-----------A-B---C

park -----off on off
Rev ------on on off
Neutral --off on off
D4 -------off on on
D3------- off off on
D2 ------off off off
D1 ------on off off
It also says poss electrical plug corrosion at trans
or shorted wiring, also check brake peddle switch.

chart

gear -------1-2 shift solenoid-----------------2-3 shift solenoid

1-------------on-------------------------------on
2-------------off-------------------------------on
3-------------off-------------------------------off
4-------------on-------------------------------off
If pcm operation is ok Pressure Control Solenoid is bad in trans.

FIRST GEAR PREVENTED

The Prevention of First gear is controlled electronically by the PCM
through the 1-2 shift solenoid. The PCM keeps the 1-2 shift solenoid de-energized regardless of vehical operating conditions when the PSA signals Manual Second gear range. This keeps signal "A" fluid exausted and spring forced holds the 1-2 shift valve in the upshifted position.
is their a code24 or 72?
code 82 1-2shift solenoid circuit faulty or shift solenoids
