Turn Signal Flasher

I have a 1996 LT4 CE Coupe and the turn signal flasher needs replacing. My problem is WHERE IS THE THING LOCATED??

Thanks for your help. Have you ever gotten into that area it looks like just the cloth pannel needs removing.

That is correct. The rug covered panel covers the bottom of the instrument panel. There are about four screws that hold it on. If I remember correctly, it takes a normal #552 flasher.
