'67 or anyone else that has a spare, loose '67-'68 signal switch, if you have your turn signal switch out, could you take a look at it and tell me what holds the hazard switch button in the "in" position when you push the button? I have mine installed now, but when I push in the chrome hazard button in, it won't stay in. It's spring loaded to push out and it worked ok before I removed it.
In the picture below, the arrow points to a black plunger which moves toward the center of the steering column. I drew in the hazard button so you could see what I'm talking about. Thanks for any help, I really don't want to have to buy a new switch.
