Help! turn signal weak

i have a 1998 c5 with 251k miles and i changed the turn light housing and sockets when put all back together the pass. side is really dim and driver side is BRIGHT. when you turn on lights it sometimes shows the pass. side is out. with lights on pass side is so dim it dont look like its working. i also cleaned the grounds under hood. it didn't do this until i unplugged it from the harness madad
