Turn Signals

I noticed yesterday that the front trun signals and front parking lights do not work. The rear lights work okay and the front side maker, fog and turning lights work - but not the front turn and parking lights. I don't drive this car at night a great deal so I have no idea how long they have not been working.

Before I go through the system, does anyone have any thoughts on where to begin?

Bulbs maybe...and maybe a voltmeter...

If both sides are not working, I'd be looking for a loose wiring harness connector.
