Update: Drivers Side Headlamp

Update on the initial post below. After sitting a full day, cranked up the
'94, turned on the lights, drivers side back to normal.

What's up
with that? Is there a vacuum system of some kind controlling these
headlamps? Anyway, I'm happy the problem went away.

Suddenly, the drivers side headlight on my 1994 LT1, operating fine before I parked,
will not open all the way. It just "flutters" like a butterfly. Tried making an adjustment
with the adjustment knob, but it seem to get worst. Please help. I haven't checked
the FSM yet, but I will. Thank you kindly.

IDK. I haven't seen that in a C4 yet. So far what I have seen is that it is electrical. There are 3 bushings or dowels or whatever it is you want to call it. At a certain position, it will work and you might find that the problem comes back. In fact, I suspect you will.
