Vacuum Advance

John's gararge.

I’m totality shocked about that garage John. “Beautiful” can’t describe that palace. What is on the floor of that 2nd home of yours to make it that gorgeous?

The floor was done by Home Pro Floor Coatings ( www.homeprofloors.com ). They come in with a machine that steel shot-blasts the surface of the concrete to open up the pores so the coating has something to "grab" onto, then apply two separate coats of poured-and-spread 2-part industrial epoxy resin (not paint). The first coat is a clear resin, and cures overnight. The next day they apply the second coat, tinted whatever color you want, and sprinkle some very fine silica sand on it before it cures for anti-slip when it's wet. 24 hours later you can drive on it.

The resulting floor is indestructible - won't stain or chip, it's impervious to gas, oil, anti-freeze and brake fluid, and hot tires won't mark it or lift it. It's really easy to keep clean, and the surface reflectivity about doubles lighting effectiveness. Ran $1.82 per sq. ft. installed - all I did was watch.
