Valve adjustment

[70 LT-1 convert]

Several methods have been suggested to adjust the valves on a solid lifter engine and I am interested in what has worked and given the best results. I am thinging about warming up the engine and adjusting the valves with the engine off. I was told that you can get good results and that I could adjust them all from TDC. What do you all think?
