The VaraRam covers the radiator.
Does this block air flow to the radiator?
If it does, will the car run hotter.

I have a VaraRam on my C5. It does not block cooling air, as it actually has a radiator shroud between the radiator and the the VaraRam. It does not impede air to the radiator. Although I cannot speak directly to the C6, I would think it is similar. It looks to me like it sits in front of the radiator shroud.

I have not noticed any increase in operating temps........Love it !!!! :D

I would think that would change the airflow into the VaraRam.

Sorry for the late reply.

The occlusion to the radiator will increase normal driving operating temps 5-10* with a 160* thermostat and 75* ambient air temp AAT. The license plate in the air pathway, will increase it 10*.

For performance driving, I do not know, because I modified them both.
