Sometimes I get a vibration while driving, (95 C4) sometimes not. I can be driving down the road and everything is great. Then after leaving a traffic light the car starts vibrating almost like unbalanced tires, but they've been replaced. I had the same problem on the dyno the car started shaking and we had to stop the test. We all said it was tires but new tires and wheels all around didn't change anything. What could come and go like that?

Welcome to the :CAC: I have a couple of thoughts

1. a universal joint going bad
2. the hub bearing going bad (Try to notice if it does it on roads that have a high crown to them. That will put a side load on the wheel bearing
3. again the high crown road but a differential that does not have positraction lube in it or just needs to be changed. the load could be causing the positraction to lock and unlock. I know this is a stretch but we are brainstorming here.

Just wait a little while and more people with more experience will jump in and give you some help

The stock tires and rims did the same thing as the new ZR1 rims and tires. It even happened driving out of my driveway and down the flat road on from of my house. I tried my grampa's test for u joints( foot on break and shift in and out of 1&R) sounds fine but who knows. Could it be bushings? Shocks seem good, well everything seems good. I was going to lower the car anyway so might as well take I'd down further and see what's what. Thanks for the input.
