check www.corvettejunk.com also i see them regularly on ebay in all different condition. at this point in time, i would figure that whatever you find (used that is) you will need to freshen up by re-dying. in my opinion the key, therefore is to find a set with very good to excellent chrome ends and buckle. re-dying is pretty easy, and whatever you find, i would try to clean first with a good interior upholstery cleaner and a stiff brush. chances are if the straps are in any kind of decent shape to start with, they will clean up real nice and save you the trouble of having to re-dye.
