What Do U Think?

thats what someone else mentioned i should get... I am thinking about going to Funfest and do you think they would have c3 running with different exhausts? I saw on MAD they will be installing C5 Exhausts on site and people will be able to hear them before they buy one. But anyways, with your flowmasters.. did u take the catalytic converter off? I think/am pretty sure that I will take mine off cause I love loud pipes

the cat was gone when i bought it from cali, the inspector never checked for it, i got lucky....... never heard my car w/flows and a cat becuase i never had a cat =)

its got the catalytic converter... would that really make that much of a difference...

Yes, it would. The 2-1-2 exhaust is very restrictive, particularly when the cat gets old and plugged.

Like I said, I have the DynoMax UltraFlo's and MAD dual exhausts, and I think it's just about perfect: quiet enough that you don't go dead when you're driving "sedately," but as soon as those secondaries start to open, you know it. Lets put it another way: you can look clear through the center of the muffler, and out the other end. It's just a perforated pipe from the inlet to the outlet, surrounded by fiberglass.
