I READ SOMEWHERE OF A SWITCH BETWEEN THE POWER SEAT SWITCHES.FOR SOME REASON I HAD TO TAKE THE CENTER CONSOL OUT AND I FIND THAT SWITCH WIRES (3).WHAT DOES THAT SWITCH-THAT I DONT HAVE -DO?

If I understand correctly what you are asking, that would be the Selective Ride Control Switch for RPO FX3 - Selective Ride and Handling Pkg.

I agree.

The only 'switch' I've ever seen between the seat controls on the console is the Selective Ride Control (FX3) switch. I'm sure the wiring harness for the interior has all the wires needed and they don't use those that aren't needed.

My 92 has the FX3 switch between the seat controls.

Later,

SELECTIVE RIDE CONTROL

SINCE THE WIRES ARE THERE CAN I JUST PUT IN A SWITCH OR IS THERE MORE TO IT?

A lot more!!!!

Selective ride control requires 4 adjustable Bilstein shocks, the actuators and the wiring out to the wheels to make it work. Plus there is an additional computer/controller/black box in the ABS compartment to control the whole mess.
Adding Selective Ride Control to a car that didn't come with it would be expensive and not worth the trouble. New shocks alone are 200-350 each depending on where you buy them. The actuators are another 3-400 each. I have not idea what the computer controller would cost. The switch would be the cheap part.

Later,

The 'extra' wires under the console could be the auxillary power harness. My owners manual says there is a three wire harness under the console to be used to wire in a cell phone, CB radio, etc. One wire is ground, one is 12v constant, one is 12 switched.

Bingo! Thats what it is. My buddy has his radar detector wired to it.
