What is the best, and safest to use, spray-on wheel cleaner on the market?

There are warnings on most of the labels about testing for hazing and discoloration.

Specifically, I am looking for a wheel cleaner to use on the coated aluminum "sawblades".

Orange Blast Wheel Cleaner

I take my wheels off a few times a year for a good cleaning and use Orange Blast Wheel Cleaner. Don't leave it on long, I clean 1 wheel @ a time.
