I am the new owner of a 2002 Convertible (used) :) and I will be removing my wheels for some detail work this Spring. I have a couple of questions.
First: How do I remove the lug nut and center caps without damaging them?
Second:After I remove the caps, I read the wheels have a lock on them and a wheel lock key is needed. I checked the location in the trunk were my manual referred me to but it is not there. My question, is this wheel lock unique to each Vette or can I purchase one at a local dealer or from the many Corvette accessory catalogs?:confused

Thanks DD. But not quite. I already printed this thread out the other day and saving it for when I get them off. There are caps on the lug nuts that need to come off b4 I remove the lug nuts. I don't want to damage them trying to get them off. Still looking for the best way.
