I am going to properly tint the rear window...well,OK,I'm not, but someone will. I want to get rid of the tinted Lexan one-piece insert I have now... http://www.mamotorworks.com/corvette?frame=4.5234 .Anyone interested in buying it.I would STRONGLY suggest it should be local pickup. The thing is,obviously, the size of the rear window,& packaging would be a super pain in the ____.I am not a fan of the louvre but anything would look better than my bubbly rear window tint.
Loose the louvers... QUICK! Too cheesy (in my humble opinion, of course).
I think it makes the car to Firebirdie. Is that a wordA for effort, but I don't think so.
Not enough room in the garage rite now,& pretty crappy weather around here,so that will have to waitPost a side pic of it
I'm at work right now and the pics aren't showing up. But that doesn't matter. I've NEVER seen a vette that looked good with louvers. In fact, I really can't think of any sportscar that looks good with louvers. Maaaaybe a firebird from the 80's or something. :L
69 mustang
I would have to agree with pbcanny on the '69 Mustang....but didn't they call those "slats"? I guess it was cooler in the '80s to call them louvres!
...Looks like the only way to attach them is how they were previously, with double-sided tape...
