Ok, here's on of the more fun ones. I had heard that this works but in some sort of maddness I wondered if it was actually true. I was quite surprised that it works as well as it did.

When you get that chalk you get from some of the products that leave bit of powdery chalk resudue and you get it onto your black trim...... it sux to be you, right? Well, Nuke your some Jif Creamy dab it onto the affected area and gently aggitate it with a tooth brush. Then clean up the P-Nut Butter and you have some new looking trim.

I seems to actually solve the problem and not just mask the problem. Sometimes home remedies are kinda kewl though.

Why didn't you think of that ? ! Who would ? Can't wait to try it . Cliff

Interesting suggestion. My first thought would be to run for the bottle of Back to Black, but when in doubt....whip out the Skippy! :L

What Chalk??????

I can't figgure out what you are talking about here.. however, if it ever happens, I'll run for the Skippy!!! Great tip!

Sorry, I was trying to be cute with the wording!

No apology needed!

I was playing dumb 'cause the product I use doesn't leave ANY chalk at all (that white stuff that gets in all the little cracks and crannies around emblems and down the space between fenders and hoods and everywhere)!!!
:D

Same with me! But I see cars all the time that do so rather than use something that is agressive this is an excellent alternative.
