Wiring problem on a 79 corvette. The problem started when I started trying to fix my horn. I found a blown fuse that controls the horn. when I replaced the fuse. The horn works but my gauges are all pegged and the engine will not turn off. I found out with the horn fuse in the coil wire is hot all the time. It should only be hot when the key is on. any one have any ideas. :confused

I think i have it figured out. I believe the problem is in the printed circuit of the center gauge console.
