Oh NO!!!!!!!!

Chris don't even think about it . You have a hard enough time with being called a TRAILER QUEEN. Do not let me have to start calling you BUBBLE BOY LOL:L ;LOL ;LOL

The father of a brother of a sister's friend of mine has a Jaguar XK120 or something or other. It's a pre-WWII car and it's stored in the "Bubble". He had it in some beat up old barn that was barely good enough for chickens. However, with the humidifier/dehumidifier options on the "Bubble" the car was perfectly preserved in a hepa-environment. ;)

I saw those for sale at the Auburn auction a couple weeks ago. My fiance's uncle and I were considering buying the first (prototype) and currently only Yenko Corvette. It was sold at that auction for about $50. His idea was to buy the car and one of those bubbles and sell it after it has done some appreciation, expecting it to appreciate eventually as the Yenko Cameros have.

I told him that if we did that, he'd have to keep it at his place, because if it were in my garage, I'd have that bubble and the clutch popped before the weekend was over!

Does this work with some kind of a zipper? Or how do you get your vette (or any other car) in a balloon?)
And i think when you put your car in this thing it's for the long term... Isn't it better then to lift the chassis a little (with jackstands) to preserve the wheelbearings and front and rear springs?

Greets Peter.

Hmmmmm... Do you think that bubble would work in a trailer? :t

:L It would serve two purposes! One would be to protect the car while inside the trailer and the other would be to fill the bubble with helium to lessen the curb weight of the rig! ;)

Saw something similar today...

I went and looked at a 1969 Dodge Charger R/T today and the owner stores it in something similar to that ;) He has dessicant pouches for moisture and has never hit the car w/ a hose since he bought it (in 1981, I think... )

Whatever he did, the car is literally like right out of a time capsule :upthumbs
