Z51,Z52 C4 body stiffeners standard equipment on the 94-96 C4s?

Dose the 94-96 C4s come standard with the body stiffeners found on earlier C4s that came with the Z51, Z52 sus packages?
if not how can they be obtained?, or will a CAMBER BRACE BAR do the samething? thanks boonie
