Hello all. I have a question. I would like to change the MAF in my 99 LS1 coupe to a 2002 ZO6 MAF. I noticed that Halltech uses it in thier 599.00 T1-C air intake system. I aslo noticed that they mentioned a five pin versus three and two pin plug and play configuration. This is probably a question for c4c5 specialist. Could I just change to this one without a harness? I would rather do that then cut the screen out of my MAF. Also, how about the ZO6 airbox? the GM part #'s are:
25341604 for the ZO6 MAF
12567571 for the airbox
c4c5 specialist, what do you think?

Hi there,
Well, honestly, you could do the change out, as the IAT is located in the MAF on the 02 ZO6.
1 caution here.
Remember, the frequency read by the PCM is slightly different on this unit vs yours in your car now.
You may experience drivability issues, although, a note that I have NOT performed this mod.
Theory here is that it may work with some side effects.
The airbox will NOT harm anything, so why not????
Be cautious, and please keep us posted, c4c5:hb
