CHL you are right there. There was a reason Chevy didn't produce a vert. Frame flex had to be the major reason. PS to coolhandlike: winter hit Vegas today with high temp only at 66. What's it like in South Kadota?

as for the ZR-1 I have hered that the car has to be on a level serfice surface to attach the targa top.

I know this car

The guy who did the custom project is my Corvette mechanic shop.
and that''s nearly in my backyard.

This car is absolutaly a stunning looking machine. and Mark(the seller) is a real Corvette expert.

I remember myself saying to Mark :
what idiot is converting a coupe to a convertible,
he'd better buy a convertible straight away.
at the same time I said it I saw the 11" and giant butt :confused
then I popped the hood and saw the power key and a glimps of the LT-5 powerplant.:eyerole

And then he said, yep I am that idiot .

The Car is a real eyecatcher on shows and is perfectly finished.
I didn't drive it unfortunately, But I gotta be quick if I want to

anyone from this forum placed a bid ?

I would like this car but it misses the Aerobody

I thought the chassis was changed a little to make it a convertible.
I don't think mister Killebew (sorry if the name is incorrect) would put his name on a car which is to scary to drive!
