I bought my 3rd Corvette in July 2010... I absolutely love this car!

I'm a retired Project Manager and this was my retirement gift to myself!:beer (Click on pic to enlarge)

Sweet GS, congrats and Welcome. :w

Welcome to the Forum Bill. :w Great looking car.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Now just waiting for this 14" of snow to melt and get on with SPRINGTIME!!!

Several road trips planned for spring/summer/fall. Can't wait to drive it again!;)

Maybe you want to come to CruiseFest? We will be coming right through and you could tag along with us.

Welcome to our humble forum. Consider Toms01 CruiseFest offer. You'll have a blast.

Tom beat me to it, I was going to invite you to CF in Effingham and to cruise with Tom and myself and any others from Colorado as we pass thru KC. KC was my home town from 1944 to 1972, then moved west after college. Retired here in Pine and love being retired. Hope you have joined one of the Corvette Clubs in KC. Was a member for many years and my father incorporated two of them in the late 60s. Had a blast with the people in the KC clubs. Love your GS, but I am partial to red Corvettes, so my choice would have been a red one. Welcome to the CAC and hope to see you and your GS in June.

You wouldn't have to "tag along"...heck, we'll let you lead! :D

Not a lot of details yet, but as we get things ironed out we will post more.

Here's my '82..... Doesn't get as much road time as it used to.... I think it would fit into your fleet rather nicely!!!

Yes, it would fit in my fleet rather nicely, but I would prefer a solid red top instead of the sun roof or black top. It really looks spiffy.

Hi Bill, Very Nice Vette.

I assume you worked at GM Fairfax?

No, I didn't work for GM. My career was at Burns & McDonnell. I did project schedule and cost control for major construction projects... Airports, power plants, military facilities, etc.:)

I still do some consulting for Honeywell over at the Bannister Federal Complex... But I never let it get in the way of my numerous Corvette road trips that I take every year! :D
