Help! Need a clutch fork for an 89 with Z6 Trans

Bill gave me the same answer that I got from Power Torque Systems...none available. We ended up welding in a piece of steel to reinforce the area of the bend, then added some weld metal to the fork where it contacts the throw-out bearing. We installed the bell housing and slave cylinder to make sure we had some pre-load on the fork and it was contacting the throw-out bearing. It seems to be working so far. Long tem, we'll see.

According to Marc Haibeck who works on ZR-1's for a living, the bending or breaking of the clutch fork is due to
lack of lubrication of the pivot ball which causes high clutch pedal effort.
