If the calipers are moving there's a couple things to check. At the bottom of each caliper is a pin held in place by a c-clip. Make sure the pin and c-clip are there and that the pin is not bent or broken. Those should be replaced from time to time and can be bought a reasonable price.
The caliper bolts are on the back side of the calipers. If the calipers have never been removed they should be good and tight as they're installed from the factory with a lock-tite type substance and torqued down pretty good. If the calipers have been removed at some point, it might be a good idea to check the torque on them to make sure they were installed correctly. Although I must say, if those things are loose somebody was negligent in installing them and it's an extremely dangerous situation.
Lastly, it could be needing new brake pads or a caliper rebuild.
